Tampa Downs Would Not Accept My Expired Voucher For The Face Value. So, Groupon

Groupon Tampa Downs would not accept the $29 which I paid for the voucher. I wanted to use it on May 1st. It expired April 30th, So Groupon owes me $29.

The previous answerer may have misunderstood you but in any case the answer is wrong. Groupon does indeed promise that should you miss the deal's deadline you'll still be entitled to use your voucher but only at the amount you paid. Phone Groupon at 877-788-7858 or write the company at [email protected]. Groupons will either get the merchant to so honor your voucher or will give you a full refund.

Of course they're not going to accept an expired voucher. I'm not sure why you thought they would. It's not Groupon's fault if you didn't use it before the expiration date.
