It's been longer than 2 ½ weeks and I haven't received my item? We’re sorry for any delay in your shipment. Please check the “Track Order” feature on your My Groupons page for information on your order's status.
If you see "View Voucher" instead of "Track Order" make sure you've followed any instructions listed under How to use this on your voucher.
