When you say you're "not allowed" to access your account, perhaps you mean that you couldn't acceptably solve the Captcha puzzle. You can get through it by using, if necessary, one or both of these two options usually accessible from icons adjacent to the puzzle words:
- You can hear the puzzle words spoken, or
- You can replace the words with others.
Keep trying, and eventually your answer will be accepted.
