When you say you're "not allowed" to access your account, perhaps you mean that you couldn't acceptably solve the Captcha puzzle. You can get through it by using, if necessary, one or both of these two options usually accessible from icons adjacent to the puzzle words:

You can hear the puzzle words spoken, or
You can replace the words with others.

Keep trying, and eventually your answer will be accepted.

Regarding the expiration of the offer: Your best bet is to call Groupon. Phone Groupon at 877-788-7858 in the U.S. or write the company at [email protected]. In the U.K. you can write directly to [email protected] or No. 1 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 7QD; or phone +44(0)203 510 0410. The same contact information may also be effective if you haven't solved the Captcha puzzle [but don't count on it].
