I ordered something and got a confirmation email but never recieved the voucher with the code I need in order to pay

After logging in, at your name at the opening page [upper right], go to My Groupons. Then click View Voucher (and there's a button for printing the voucher). Your Groupon Number is at the upper right of the voucher, and the redemption code is in the middle. (You will not have to use both.)
