Is There An Escalation Department?
I've been dealing with frontline people for 2 1/2 weeks about a refund that has gone AWOL and I've gotten nowhere. Can I speak to a supervisor?

It seems there is no known escalation contact. If I were you I would make contact again & ask to speak to the supervisor.
