Trouble Ordering Because My Password Is Not Accepted.
I am a long standing Groupon customer. I am trying to order the Coldwater Creek offer (2 for self and 3 gifts) and you will not accept my password or send me a new one. I am going out of town in an hour. Is there any way this order can be placed for me? I have enjoyed all my dealings with your company until this time. I hope you can hellp me. My credit card is on file.

Note that we're an independent help site *not* connected with Groupon. If Groupon rejected your password, you should be able to find the reason, perhaps as a mouse-over pop-up. Otherwise, phone Groupon at (877) 788-7858 in the U.S. or write them at [email protected].
