'redeemed' Groupon On The Site But The Groupon Was Never Truly Redeemed

Hi - I selected "redeemed" on my Groupon that I thought my spouse was using that coming weekend. He never did use it, and now I can't access the voucher. Is there no way to recover the voucher number?
