Order Status
i have ordered the Splash Wines 15 bottles last November 29, 2017 and got charged right away the amount thru my credit card, but until now no update from Groupon with the status of my order and i amstill waiting for the shipment. Please advise or please refund my payment immediately. Thank you

We're an independent help site not connected with Groupon. Groupon allows canceling a goods order like yours only within 2 hours of purchase. (See http://gr.pn/2yZ2cBy.) You do however have 14 days from delivery to return your mattress, at Groupon's expense. (See "Goods" at https://www.groupon.com/groupon-promise.)
It's likely that Groupon might make an exception in your case. Go to https://www.groupon.com/customer_support. I suggest reiterating your request in an email to [email protected]. You may also want dispute the charge with your bank.
Groupon's cancellation policy is enough to dissuade me from ever doing business with Groupon. I'm sorry for your experience. If you don't achieve satisfactory resolution, you may want to complain to the Illinois Attorney General, at 800-243-0607.
