Ask Question
I have contacted Groupon t ask a question about a Groupon, and they have come back with, there is no email account under my name! I receive Groupons every day under this email address so am at a loss to understand. I want to ask whether a Groupon I have can be changed to a Gift Voucher? (strange I have one when I don't apparently exist!!) regards Susan Attisha

It probably won't be necessary to ask for a supervisor, although you of course have that option. (My guess is you connected with a rep on a bad day.) Phone Groupon at (877) 788-7858 in the U.S. or write them at [email protected]. In the UK, you can write them directly at [email protected]or No. 1 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 7QD; or phone them at +44(0)203 510 0410.
