Groupon's instructions for your predicament are at https://www.groupon.com/faq#faqs:content-172. This should be sufficient to resolve. If not:

Groupon in the U.S. is not currently offering phone access. You can however write the company at [email protected]. In the U.K. you can write directly to [email protected] or (probably) phone +44(0)203 510 0410.
