Groupon Offer For Ice Grips From Bodini

I have tried to order ice grips from Bodini. The groupon voucher says that it excludes £ 2-99 delivery, yet when I go to check out Bodini says that delivery is £17 +. How do I cancel this voucher. Obviously I will not pay that for postage. I am very disappointed because I have bought a lot of groupon vouchers and have always been pleased with them. I have already sent an e-mail to yourselves and to Bodini but no response from either.

First of all, we're an independent help site, not Groupon. I'm sorry (and surprised) about the lack of response. In my experience theirs is one of the most amenable customer service operations around, and I fully expect they'd give you a full refund easily.

I presume your wrote them at [email protected]. It may be that they're backed up currently. If you want to make more of an impression, you can address snail mail to No1 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 7QD.

Unfortunately, they do not encourage or list phone contact. In the very worst situation, you can write the U.S.A. operation, at [email protected]. Good luck!
