Been Charged Twice For The Same Product
Groupon charged me twice for the same product. Please cancel both orders I need my money back. My phone number is 954-305-4545. Thank you!

As we're an independent help site, we have no access to your account. Unfortunately, Groupon in the U.S. is not currently offering phone access. You can however write the company at [email protected]. In the U.K. you can write directly to [email protected] or (probably) phone +44(0)203 510 0410. If worse comes to worst (I don't expect it will be necessary), you can complain to the Illinois Attorney General, at 618-529-6400.
