For cancellation rules and procedures, see https://gr.pn/2qMRdFM. If your purchase is considered one for "Groupon Goods," you're given only 2 hours (!) in which to cancel--but it's worthwhile to request an exception. Unfortunately, Groupon in the U.S. is not currently offering phone access. You can however write the company at [email protected]. In the U.K. you can write directly to [email protected] or (probably) phone +44(0)203 510 0410. If worse comes to worst, you can complain to the Illinois Attorney General, at 618-529-6400.
