How Do I Adjust The Seatback Of The Stroller?

My granddaughter is now ready to sit in the stroller without the carseat, but I don't know how to adjust the seatback! I am smart enough to ask for help though. : )

You pull up on the strap on the back near the top to raise the seat and pull down on it's tab to recline.
