I Locked My Phone And It Now Asks Me What My Gmail Email And Password

First, restart your phone and make sure it is updated to the latest version. Now just try and login, and if it doesn't work attempt retrieving your password and trying again. It is most likely just a temporary issue that possibly will resolve itself.
