I Forgot My New Password And Need To Access My Account. Plz Helppp!!

I created a new password and began to doubt myself, as I forgot it. I attempted to access my account numerous times, but was unable to. I also don't remember the security questions, and must get to that account. I have time sensitive material waiting for me. Please help!
