I Could Not Remember My Password On My Google Email Address.
I entered [email protected] but did not remember password. Security asked for my library card nr. When I set-up the email acct, google never asked for a library card nr. so I knew this was messed up. I gave my libry card nr. and it said it was wrong. Then it asked when I was last on my acct. mo. and year. I wasnt sure so I guessed. It asked for my last 5 email addresses - I did not know. Google knows I have another email acct - - I need a personal customer serviceman or woman to assist me please.

Sorry to say, Google does not generally offer customer service by phone. (You can try for it at 650-623-4000.) You'll probably need to find the appropriate help section, and choose the best canned question to send.
