How To Configure Email Accounts In Outlook For The Registered Domain

I am facing problem for configuring the email in outlook i am able to reach the reach the server but there is some logging error due to that pop3 can u please send me the solution.....and also we registred for unlimited plan with 1000 emails but server is not allowing to assign more than 10-20 MB for user

I am trying to contact the customer care num it is always busy so can u please respond for this problem
