Email Address

trying to set up a new account with you. However the email address I have asked for reads its taken.. However when I type it in and send an email it bounces back no such address.

Sorry for your problems. These ridiculous rejections of valid email addresses have recently become common. I've found that typing the information by hand (rather than using the system clipboard or a password manager to enter it) will often solve.

I suggest just changing the email address a little to see if it will be accepted.
