Why Can't I Read My Mails?

I would suggest that the emails are in a format that the unit cannot read. It's an SMS message reader. the messages may be in HTML format and come across as garbage. Send yourself a plain text email afrom another computer and see how it looks on the G Smart. If this helps reset your email preferences on your email host to text only.
