You'll either need to take it to a repair shop for $$$.
Or, you can get a new screen here: http://cgi.ebay.com/15-6-LED-WXGA-Laptop-LCD-Screen-Gigabyte-E1500-/130507688354 and replace it yourself.
I have not been able to locate a service manual or exploded view so you'll need to figure out how to replace it on your own.
