Instrument Cluster Power Windows/locks, Seats Inop
Thank you but fuse #24 is not the instrument cluster, any other ideas? Thx again, Bill.

Hi. The cluster has a battery saver relay upon which other fuctions like power windows, dome light, etc are depended. A bad therefore cluster or wiring issues as the common causes of this ailment.
