1993 Corsica 3.1 V6 Trouble Code 42 Is On What Should I Look For As The Problem

My 1993 corsica keeps hesitating and stopping aT TRAFIC LIGHTS.this is going on all the time .The engine light is on I checked the code and it shows 42.How can I fix it.
