My Washing Machine Started Beeping For No Reason During The Rinse Cycle?

My washing machine started beeping for no reason during the rinse cycle?amd was stuck in the rinse cycle i had to cancel it and put it on spin cycle. and it kept beeping through that cycle and the clothes didnt spin out all the way. our manual got wet and ruined. we have had it for 2 yrs now.
