Washer Has A Mind Of Its Own

Our 2 year old GE front loader just stopped working and has a mind of its own.  Power off it acts like its going to run a cycle.  It will drain on its own and when I start a load water comes in  it the washer will not start the process.  I believe it's the control panel.
