How Do I Remove The Agitator On A Model Gtwn4250dows Washing Machine?

I have  a drawstring caught under the agitator

Remove the dispensor cup and the 7/16 bolt then wrap a cord/rope around and under the cut outs on the bottom of the agitator fins, make it in to a loop and pull up.
