Do you mean its just keeps filling and does not start the wash cycle? If so you may have a syphoning problem. Check the drain hose and pipe, you need a air gap between drain hose and drain pipe to prevent syphoning. So if your drain pipe is not the right diameter, the water will get suck out of the washer as it is filling. You may need a larger diameter drain pipe.
