How Do I Reset A Service Message For Low Battery On Networx Series Nx-148e

I have an on-going 'Control Low Battery' message on display. I also have an NX-148E keypad. The battery checks out at 12.8 V dc. I did a reset after re-installing the battery but, nothing happened, I keep getting the message.
