Ge Jgp975sekss Cooktop Burner Click But No Spark/light.

my burner won't light. no spark on white igniter like other burners. cleaned burner parts, no gunk blocking. can be lit manually. all other burners work. gas is blue when lit even on burner that won't light automatically. can this be fixed without taking apart the whole thing or needing to hire someone?
