Water Filter Indicator Light Not Turn Back To Green
I have a brand new GE GSE25HSHSS refrigerator since December 2014. For past six month the water filter indicator light was on green continuously. Recently the light turned orange and I purchased a new filter to replace the old one. After the new filter was installed and I pressed the reset button but the indicator light showed red for a couple seconds and turned off. It does not turn back to green no matter how many time I tried to reset itCould you provide me any suggestion to turn the indicator light back to green

After you change the filter the RESET WATER FILTER must be pressed and held until the red light goes off.
Note: If you do not hold the pad in, the red light will stay on. Also, if you hold the pad in for a long period of time, the light will go off and then come back on.
