My Ice Seems To Be Melting And Re Freezing Into On Big Piece Of Ice.

My ice seems to be melting and re freezing into on big piece of ice. i fear that the rest of the food in my freezer may be defrosting and re freezing as well. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Go here  for a troubleshooting discussion on your problem. Most likely culprit is the defrost thermostat, # WR50X10068.
