Low Hot Water Pressure

Why do I have low hot water pressure coming out of all faucets cold side have good pressure

To correct:
  1. Dispense cold water until the water is flowing at a good rate and all the air is out of the water line.
  2. Once water is flowing well, dispense at least 10 oz of cold water.
  3. Wait 30 seconds.
  4. After 30 seconds, the hot water should no longer be disabled.
