Energy Factor On Ge40m06aag Electric Water Heater

To qualify for the IRS energy tax credit, I need to know the "energy factor" for my GE water heater I purchased in 2010.  The model # is "GE40M06AAG" and the serial number is "0110B30409".  Please let me know if my model qualifies.
