Call your insurance company, and ask them to fax or email such documentation to you or to whomever you need it for. If you don't have a fax you can ask them to email it and then print it out, or have them fax it to a local place that accepts faxes and go pick it up. If you can wait for it, ask them to send it via regular mail and it should arrive in just a couple days. Geico is pretty quick about such things.
