Black Screen
My screen goes blank when I'm using my ZX4800-02 All in one desktop PC. Not on startup but when I'm in an app. eg. Facebook, Word, etc. It was happening about every 20 to 30 mins. but now sometimes a couple of mins. after startup is complete. I've been told it may be the backlight or the video card, niether of which I am able to locate inside. If the problem is one of these...where are the backlight or the video card located? Also, what else may be the cause?
