Why Don't Gamestop Reply To Emails As This Is Their Only Contact
I have been sent the wrong item and you do not have the decency to even reply to my emails

Sometimes emails takes longer to reply and sometimes the customer service working with Gamestop may have accidentally have your email deleted or put into junk. Here's what you should do, call them about the problem that you have and talk them out. If you don't have a phone, then resend the email once again and wait for their reply.
