Gmc Loyalty Discount Question

I ordered a 2014 GMC denali pickup truck. I just received an email from the dealer I ordered it through. I was in formed that I do not qualify for the loyalty discount. I am really upset with this program. I currently own 4 GM products. A 1971, a1994, 1996, & 1998. How do you get much more loyal than that? This is very unfair.
