I Have A 2004 Savana Van, The Paint On The Hood And Roof Is Flaking Off.

Since I have seen so many other vans same year, same color same everything to think I have the only GMC savanna van with this problem. Whats up with the paint or clear coat ? And what do I have to do to get this taken care of.
