Remove the spark plugs and check to see if they're wet with gas. You may have flooded the engine when it stalled by cranking it over and over. If that's the case, remove the plugs and spray them with compressed air and get them dry. Put them back in and hope for the best!

If the spark plugs have beads of water on them, you may be in trouble. Your best bet in that case is to remove all the plugs and crank the engine to force out the water (hopefully)from the compression chambers. After you do that, spray compressed air on the plugs and re-install them. That might do the trick and it might start. If not, your engine may be hydro-locked and you will have to take it to a garage to have it overhauled.
