I Have A 1998 Gmc Savana Cargo Van And The Paint Is Peeling Off In Sheets.

I have attempted to contact GMC to no avail however every van that I see this year frame has the same issue, does any one have any answers to this problem I feel GMC should take care of this problem appears to be a factory mistake. Had a ford with the same problem and ford painted my car.
