How To Remove Blend Door Temperature Control Actuator On A 97 Gmc Sonoma

Heat is blowing out at all times and we bought the actuator but can't figure out how to get to it because the glove box seems to be attached to the dash. Is there an easier way to get to the bland door temperature control actuator.
