Drivers Door Won't Unlock

it seems like the drivers door is jamming the lock? it's as if someone is holding the handle out and the lock can't function and unlock? any thoughts?

The power door locks may stop working in one or more doors due to a failed actuator. Replacement of the failed actuator should correct this concern.
