How Do I Get To The Blend Door On A 96 Gmc Jimmy?

My glove box is molded to the front dash so I'm not sure if there way to get to the blend door so I can fix it?  I'm getting hot air and I've already replaced the compressor (was leaking anyway) and have the freon.  I just need to fix or reposition the door so I can enjoy some a/c.

eye level looking through the glove box area with the glove box flipped open and down out of the way currently the blend door itself in the blazer is tied to the cool position so the a/c works
