Follow the fuel line under the chassis on the driver's side. It should be just before the fuel tank.Most likely it is under the rear of the van on the passenger side against the frame, it is held in place by a bracket with one bolt, loosen the bolt, get you some rags because the gas will leak a little, don't worry it's normal, loosen the bolts on both ends of the filter let gas drain out till it stops, then continue taking the lines off, pay attention wich way the flow goes, then replace the same way you took it off.
