Shifting Issue

have a 95 sonoma 2.2, has all new master and slave cylinder, has been bleeded several times, we can't seem to figure out why while driving it, one time shifts great and other times it goes into hard and other times almost impossible to get in. The part we can't seem to figure out is why shifting is so inconsistent and what would or could cause it. Everytime I take it somewhere like to store and back, from block to block or just gear to gear it changes difficulty going into gear.
