94 Gmc Safari Acceleration Issues

From 0 To 40  I Have To Keep Hitting The Pedal More And More To Get It Going. It Comes And Goes This Issue Does. If I Turn It Off And On Again It Goes Away Sometimes. I Have Tried Checking With Several Mechs The Catalytic, Fuel Pressure, Filter, Ect. Nothin Yet. Sorry Caps. But I Think Its The Tps Body/ Or Maybe The O2 Sensor Which Read When I Did A Diagnostic With An Old Obd1 Tester It Also Read The Catalytic And Fuel Filter Which Got Changed. So Any Suggestions Please Help!
