94 Jimmy 4x4 Shifting Hard , Fluid Diapearing No Leaks

VEHICLE HAS BEEN SITTING FOR AWHILE  EVERYTHING WAS IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER  AFTER DRIVING IT FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS NOTICED ONE DAY IT WASNT SHIFTING OUT OF GEAR SO I CHECKED FLUID  NONE SHOWING ON STICK SO I PUT CORRECT AMOUNT IN  THE NEXT DAY A QUART HAD DISAPPEARED TOOK IT TO CAR REPAIR SHOP THEY SAID THIS MODEL HAS NO MODULATOR VALVE  AND THERE ARE NO LEAKS  SO I GUESS ID LIKE TO KNOW WHERE THE FLUID IS GOING ... AND WHAT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BEFORE I GO SINKING A FORTUNE IN A TRANSMISSION... AND BY THE WAY THE TRANSMISSION WAS REBUILT IN 2004  AND HAS RAN FINE  HELP !!!!!!!!
