My Computer Is Not Starting Up
So my hard drive was almost full and when my computer died I think it ended up filling the hard drive, when I tried to turn on my computer it tryes to start but it starts the HP Logo and a few seconds later it will turn off and do the same thing again what should I do to get my computer atleast started into Windows. I can get another drive like this and put it in my secondary drive do u think that will help it start up pleas help
