I Want To Cancel My Frontier Account. How Do I Do That?

I'VE HAD IT.  i CAN'T GET THIS TELEPHONE TO WORK.  IT IS CONECTED TO MY WIRELESS ROUTER AND TO THE COMPUTER AND IT STILL DOESN'T WORK.  apparently you have to  be a computer expert to manage to do this and I in no way am a Novice.  been around computers since the 1980's, but I cant figure this one out.  Please cancel everything.  Helen Owens
