How To Obtain A Proof Of Purchase
I m in a rental house and my dishwasher is not working. The customer service check the warranty with the serial number and the model number.They told me that the dishwasher was still in warranty because of date of purchase . When i call the appliance store to fix my dishwasher they ask me for a proof of purchase like a receipt that i do not have because i m in a rental house.How can i obtain a proof of purchase to fix this dishwasher?

You would actually need to contact your landlord and see if he/she has a rental agreement on file and can validate that the appliances were recently installed. We, here at the manufacturer, tend to go off of the rental agreement or the signing papers of a newly purchased home. You may also want to contact us in Customer Service again, 888-203-1389, so that an agent can schedule the appointment for you and provide the servicing company any information they are requesting.
